How long does delivery usually take?

It may take 2 ~ 30 days depending on your location and the shipping method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online payments.

 

Overview of return and refund policy

No refund policy applies to digital products and personlized products.This means that no refunds are available when you purchase these two types of products. We will only replace your goods if they are lost or damaged during transportation,Shipping costs are paid by us!All products other than these two types can be returned and refunded within 24 hours after receipt,but you need to pay the return shipping fee.If you do not inform us of your need for a refund or return within 24 hours after signing for the goods, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and the refund and return policy will no longer apply.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.If the actual arrival time of the goods exceeds 30 days, we will automatically extend this policy by 1 day after you sign for the package!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then  refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that if the goods are damaged or lost due to the transporter or us, we promise to provide a full refund or exchange! 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elpisgift@pithosofpandora.com and plz mail your item to 2313 LEE RD #391,CLEVELAND ,OHIO 44118.

Shipping returns

To return the product, you should mail it to 2313 LEE RD #391,CLEVELAND ,OHIO 44118.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
